You will need half a kiwi fruit, 15ml plain yoghurt, 5ml skimmed milk, 5ml clear honey, 5ml fine oatmeal, 1 drop petitgrain essential oil and 1 drop lavender essential oil. Place all ingredients in a blender and whiz until the mixture is smooth. Apply to face and neck with cotton pads. Massage in gently. Rinse and finish off with toner and moisturizer.
